Enjoy a fun time at a beer hall where you can taste Sakae's fermented cuisine!

Hello!
I am the PR person for Nagoroba, a craft diner in Waimarket.
It is now a pleasant season when young leaves shine in the early summer sun.
How is everyone doing?
Now, in this blog, we would like to introduce Nagoroba's signature meat dish.
We offer many meat dishes with fermented seasonings!
The power of fermentation makes it taste better than you can imagine... ♪
We are under the direct management of Nagoya's craft beer brewery, Y-Market Brewing Co,
Under the concept of "drinking fermentation with fermentation", we offer a variety of meat dishes using fermented seasonings that go well with craft beer.
From soy sauce koji, salt koji, fish sauce koji, ancient seasoning "Hishio", miso, etc,
All seasonings, even yogurt and mayonnaise, are homemade and additive-free!
By using various types of fermented seasonings, foods become more delicious by increasing their umami and sweetness◎.
The menu includes "Fermented Yakitori with Black Mirin Sauce 385 yen (tax included)," "Fermented Pork Belly Grilled in One Piece 748 yen (tax included)," "Shio Koji Pork Karaage with Kraft Cola Flavor," and many more,
We have a unique menu, so please try out a variety of dishes.
Craft beers are also welcome to join us!
We offer up to 18 different craft beers made by Wye Market.
You can taste the freshness of our own brewing.
Each wine has a different character, such as fruity or dry tasting,
I hope everyone will try to compare the drinks.
We also change the beers we serve on a daily basis.
The charm of our restaurant is that you can make new discoveries no matter how many times you come☆.
Beer lovers are welcome to enjoy fresh and delicious beer to their heart's content at our restaurant.
