We are under the direct management of Nagoya's craft beer brewery, Y-Market Brewing Co,
Under the concept of "drinking fermentation with fermentation", we offer a variety of meat dishes using fermented seasonings that go well with craft beer.

From soy sauce koji, salt koji, fish sauce koji, ancient seasoning "Hishio", miso, etc,
All seasonings, even yogurt and mayonnaise, are homemade and additive-free!
By using various types of fermented seasonings, foods become more delicious by increasing their umami and sweetness◎.
The menu includes "Fermented Yakitori with Black Mirin Sauce 385 yen (tax included)," "Fermented Pork Belly Grilled in One Piece 748 yen (tax included)," "Shio Koji Pork Karaage with Kraft Cola Flavor," and many more,

We offer up to 18 different craft beers made by Wye Market.
You can taste the freshness of our own brewing.
Each wine has a different character, such as fruity or dry tasting,
