This is the first hard seltzer in 10 years in the Weimarket.
The color is a light muddy pink to red with an intense strawberry aroma.

In a traditional märzen-like chestnut color,
The body is lighter than medium.
The nose is lightly fragrant with spicy caramelized aromas and savory notes, and the palate is toasty and honeyed with a rounded sweetness.
The aftertaste is spicy and refreshing, a perfect match for the sweet and spicy Nagoya meshi.
The secondary ingredients, soy sauce, sansho (Japanese pepper), and eel, are not overdone,
